SHIPPING

Please allow between 5-10 working days for dispatch when ordering our pieces. We stock a small range of the collection and during busy times we create the products made to order.

Non-stock items can alway be requested via email or instagram.

Germany standard 3-5 days: 4,50€
Germany express 1-2 days: 7,50€

Europe standard tracked 3–5 days: 10,00€

UK standard 5-7 days: 10,00€ *

Rest of world standard tracked 5–10 days: 18€ *

*Please note international customers are liable to pay customs and duty charges. Check your local rates before your order to avoid unexpected charges.

 

RETURNS

For hygienic reasons we can’t accept returns for any underwear, like bodies, briefs and thongs.

You can return or exchange bras, leggings, tops, skirts within 14 days of receipt reusing the original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customers’ responsibility. The refund will be transferred once the item has been returned. Any returns outside of Germany should be send tracked.

Non underwear items can also be exchanged for a different colour and/or size. Once the item has been returned and received the exchange will be shipped. Exchange shipping costs are the customers’ responsibility.
